Some foods are very straightforward in what they offer: Rice & Beans, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Snacktrition Fiber Sea Salt Cashews. Three ingredients. That’s it.
The package says that they take a cashew, sprinkle it with fiber, oven-roast it and flavor it with sea salt. The fiber comes in the form of inulin, which has both its supporters and detractors. This addition does triple the amount of fiber as opposed to an everyday cashew. The sea salt seemed almost nonexistent to me, leading to it tasting more like an unsalted cashew, as opposed to one lightly salted.
In the end, I thought they were ok. The addition of extra fiber is nice, and some of their other products offer added calcium. If that’s what you’re looking for, then go for it. If not, don’t go out of your way to get it.
I like how honest you were. Sometimes people just say they are great to sell a product. If I saw these in the store I would definitely buy them because I am always look for good foods that add fiber to my diet and I love cashews.

It sounds like Nicholas is a real expert on nuts. I am convinced to purchase these. Everyone is a fun of sea salt and health.
