Sierra Nevada Estate Ale

Sierra Nevada is doing it right.  Local hops grown on their farm.  No need to import from Germany, Oregon, New Zealand.  Local barley grown there too.  Water, well that comes from Cali as well.  Fresh is the best way to describe this beer.  Like it was brewed yesterday.  Last years brew was great but this year, the Estate Ale is waxed sealed and certified organic!  This is a huge step for the greenest company of 2010 according to an recent survey.

Sierra Nevada is making waves and still doing it right after 30 years.
