Save Your Body – Rainforest Lotion

My biggest requirement for a good lotion is a great smell and then how well it works.  With Save Your Body Rainforest Lotion it fell short in one of two areas.  The scent definitely wasn’t something that I enjoyed, much too woodsy and strong.  That was the disappointing part of using this lotion, however the best part of this lotion is, by purchasing any of their products you help to save 1 acre of rainforest for 1 year for each product.

Even though I’m not a fan of the scent of this lotion it is made with pure and natural oils and is paraben-free.

The packaging for this lotion was a trial size pack.  It wasn’t in a usual bottle, but in a paper package, that is made from 75% paper and a 92% reduction in waste after use.  I found that to be a very interesting way to package lotion.

This product is very environmentally friendly, physically and in what they do for the rainforest financially.  It is a good product for that reason, but not the best smelling lotion.
