If you are looking for a great sugar free no sugar added, organic apple sauce for your little one (or even for you!) Smashies in Snappy Apple is your product. It comes in this adorable packaging that has a squeeze top for moms and dads to easily wiggle the applesauce into a bowl. Or, if there isn?t a spoon in sight, an older child could suck it right out of the top. That?s what I did to sample this yummy food. My 5-month-old son and I both enjoyed the natural apple taste. I would definitely buy this for him again.
I felt somewhat tricked by your review. There is no way for something like apple sauce to be organically natural and sugar free. To be sugar free you have to use a sugar alcohol (which is not healthy for kids or babies and not natural). I went onto smashies.com and found that this is a no sugar added product. This is great but there are 10 grams of sugar.
Hello person who replied. I think the reason for the sugar content was that apples actually have natural sugar in them. Fructose, a natrual fruit sugar, is in every piece of fruit. So although it may seem high in sugar content, it is completly natrual.
