Organic Raspberry Lemonade Popsicles
With the heatwave we’ve had for nearly two weeks, I have been craving a thirst quenching dessert. I rarely purchase pre-packaged treats, since they are usually individually wrapped and that would be acquiring a lot of wasteful packaging just for one snack. An even better reason than reducing your packaging footprint, is that by making your own you get to create flavors to your exact preference.
These popsicles couldn’t be easier to make, mainly because of being one ingredient, pre-made lemonade! The sweet raspberry and tangy lemonade combine to make a great hot weather treat, but watch out they melt fast!

- Fill popsicle mold within 1/2 inch of top of mold. Place handles in molds, freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
All popsicle molds are likely different, but mine filled within 1/2 inch of the top (to allow for expansion) with 1/3 cup of liquid per popsicle.
