Nuevo Mundo Cabernet / Malbec Organic Wine Review
Organic Vintners imports this Chilean wine that is composed of 75% Cabernet and 25% Malbec. It’s a pretty traditional red wine. The wine is enhanced with the addition of blueberry, cassis and cedar. For around a year, the wine ages in barrels where it gains it’s rich, oak and vanilla flavors. This is also where it gains it’s tannic properties.
The best part about the Nuevo Mundo wine is that it’s 100% Vegan. Wine producers do not have to specify what goes into their wines during the production stages. You don’t have to worry, it’s 100% Vegan. Grab yourself a vegetarian chili bowl and a fill up your glass and enjoy!
