My dad really enjoyed the Dark Chocolate Peppermint Cups, that’s for sure. How can you not, they are rich and robust with just the perfect amount of mint to break up the richness. Of course they are not the most healthy snack to eat, but they are worth it!
Even better than the Peppermint Cups are the Champion Chip Chocolate Cookies. They are not soft cookies, but they are not hard either. The cookie itself is small, but loaded with chocolate morsels. The morsels are soft, almost melty and chewy. A great combination. The bag is resealable. Be careful though, the cookies have a tendency to crumble. They are somewhat delicate. They stayed fresh and did not get stale in the bag. That’s another plus.
Some other flavors include Espresso Chocolate, Orange and a wheat/dairy free chocolate cookie. They are not vegan, but they are vegetarian. Cookies, obviously, are not the healthiest food to eat, but it’s a resonable snack with 160 calories and 7 grams of fat per serving. A serving is 4 cookies. See more info here.
A&P for sure has the Champion Cookies and you can find the entire list here. Don’t forget to check out newmansownorganics.com for more info.

Hi,
I am confused reading the various posts about Newman's own dark chocolate bar and also about cocoa butter.
Is Newman's own dark chocolate bar VEGAN – meaning no dairy whatsoever?
Can you please explain?
Thanks in advance.
