Nau, from Washington state, is a new clothing company who are all about the world and the environment. Their mission is “to do well by doing good.” Their products are versatile, made from 100% organic cotton, 100% recycled polyester and PLA (corn-based plastics). Their goals include to create unique, modern clothing which will not harm the environment in the process and give back to the commuity through various donations. Nau has and will continue to open retail stores and of course, use the Webfront aka their online shopping experience. Rumors are, The Mall at Short Hills is a East Coast target, but that is a rumor. There are four stores however, Boulder, Chicago, Portland and Bellevue.
Nau’s clothing looks awesome for you athletic, rugged types. It’s modern, urban and aggressive looking, but not just for the atheletes. There pants and shorts are very traditional, but with some sustainable differences. There’s one jacket that looks amazing. Waterproof, lightweight and kinda futuristic. It’s called Urbane. The Pony Up long sleeve shirt looks just like my style also. The clothing’s not expensive compared to other designer labels, but it’s not Old Navy prices. You do get a better product from Nau, plus they are green.
Check them out and I will have more reviews on the clothing in the future.
