Lemongrass DRY Soda

I am always in the market for a refreshing all-natural beverage. After recently giving up what is normally prescribed as diet soda, I have definitely been in need of something other than water! Recently I had the pleasure to drink a sparkling lemongrass flavored beverage.

Produced by DRY Soda, a Seattle-based company, it is slightly sweet with a strong herbaceous flavor. It does not contain an overwhelmingly lemongrass flavor but has a pleasant herbal feel. It contains only 50 calories per 12 ounce bottle and with few ingredients. What is particularly interesting about this company is the other flavors they offer – vanilla bean, juniper berry, lavender, kumquat and rhubarb. Although I have not yet tried these, the unique flavors alone are tempting.
