Heart of Haiti Collection – Ceremonial Bowl Review

According to the The Heart of Haiti site the collection is made from, “…recycled oil drums and wrought iron to paper mache and stone, Haitian artisians transform some of the most unlikely materials into extraordinary art.”

The product that I had the chance to review was the Ceremonial bowl. This beautiful bowl is crafted from paper mache. You can tell that it was handcrafted as it’s not perfect, but that’s what makes it unique.

Since it’s not safe for food storage, it’s great for holding loose jewelry, keys and coins. It comes with a certificate of authenticity and is signed by the crafter.
