Hickory Smoked Tofurky Review

I made a wrap the other day for lunch. Very simple and decent. Tabasco brand spicy brown mustard, spring mix lettuce and Tofurky brand Hickory Smoked slices. It was OK, not great, but not bad. The hickory smoke flavor is sort of weak and bland in my opinion. The saving grace was the mustard. It really helped. But don’t be discouraged, loyal Leafygreen readers, there are plenty more Tofurky products that are in the process of being tested and reviewed including tempeh burgers and franks.
