Flying Dog Kerberos Tripel

Mmmmmmm, hops and then nothing. The flavor seems to disappear after a few sips. At first, you can taste the fruity and hoppy bite. The Tripel is a Belgium style beer, but some may call it Strong Ale. It?s a decent beer, but the flavors seem to just vanish after a few sips. It?s not too summery, however, it is not meant to be. The high alcohol by volume content (ABV) is warming, but may be more suited for a chilly night with your significant other.
