Eat Pastry

Organic artistic delights such as chocolate chip half dipped cookies, peanut butter and jelly chocolates, nut and fruit truffles and spiced agave walnuts truffles. That’s a mouthful, so let’s begin.

The Chocolate Chip cookies, half dipped in chocolate, are super yummy and traditional. The King Konction is basically a peanut butter and jelly sandwich covered in chocolate and topped with banana chips. I absolutely loved these little treats. Grape, raspberry or blueberry preserves, you decide.

The Nut Hatchlings are very interesting. Soy yogurt, fruit and nuts covered in chocolate topped with ground flaxseeds or squash seeds. An interesting combination, but I thought it was too many flavors going on.

The Petite Tortue is also a unusual treat. It combines spices and agave covered nuts inside a dark chocolate shell covered with edible flower pedals. I liked the Petite Tortue albeit the unusual textures and flavors.
