Earth Balance Vegan Aged White Cheddar Flavor Popcorn

So far I have been pleased with every Earth Balance product that I’ve reviewed, this product no different. With the same flavor as the Aged White Cheddar Flavor Puffs I previously reviewed, this popcorn seemed to have a much sweeter flavor than the cheddar puffs which I enjoyed. It certainly took a bit getting used to for this flavor for me to enjoy them. This white cheddar flavor is totally different than Smartfood’s cheddar flavor popcorn, which I had based my cheddar flavor interest on. Perhaps this flavoring is created differently because the Earth Balance popcorn is vegan, containing no dairy, gluten or trans fat. Just as all the other Earth Balance products I’ve reviewed, this one is Non-GMO and plant-based diet friendly.

As is expected with pre-popped popcorn, there were more popcorn shells than I prefer when making it at home and a lot more small pieces filling the bag than full kernels. Though this likely occurs during shipping and it totally something easy to deal with when you are looking for tasty cheddar flavored popcorn.
