Cucharamama

I don?t have to hype Cucharamama more, but I find it necessary. If you want unique South American food with a hip, urban twist, check out Cucharamama in Hoboken, NJ.

There is not much for vegetarians and vegans, but whatever you choose will make your taste buds screaming for more and more. Make sure you try the Croquetas de Arroz y Queso, Salsa de Aj? Mirasol, it?s like butter. Though there are not that many choices for vegetarians, I still managed to leave stuffed and smiling.

Next time, I will leave room for dessert, so I can have some Acai Ice Cream, the traditional way.
