Jalapeno and all natural peanuts combined with spices go into this mixture. The all natural, soy and gluten free peanuts have very light heat, however if you shake the box up well before eating, you will feel more of the heat. In other words, the spice mixture doesn’t really bond to the peanut that well. I like the idea of jalapeno peanuts, but I need more jalapeno. Maybe Ford’s Gourmet Foods will create a Fire Dancer and a Super Fire Dancer, for us heat lovers.

Overall, they are not bad. After all, they are peanuts. Ford’s Gourmet Foods is a fifth generation family company known primarily for Bone Suckin’ Sauces. They have won awards for their sauces. The website has so much information on there about the company, the family, the sauces, etc.
